What kind of warranty do the SunbriteTVs have?
SunBriteTV products include a one-year in-factory parts and labor warranty. Please contact Sunbrite TV directly at 1-866-357-8688, ext 293 regarding any questions/concerns with your warranty. Please have your sales receipt available and they will be happy to help you in any way needed. Thank you.

Please keep original box for warranty purposes. TV must be shipped in original box for warranty to be valid. If lost, up to customer to purchase box from manufacturer.
 
What kind of return policy do you have?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the SunBriteTV for any reason within thirty days (30 days) after the invoice date only if the SunBriteTV is returned in saleable condition. This includes the original packaging material, manuals, and all accessories. All returns must have a RAC (Return Authorization Code) number. To obtain a RAC number call us toll free 1-877-307-6156 or email us.  Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. There is a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.  

How is the SunBriteTV protected in temperature extremes?
As long as the SunBriteTV is plugged into an active outlet, an internal thermastatically-controlled heater automatically activates when the internal temperature drops to 32 degrees, protecting the unit in temperatures as cold as -24 degrees. When the internal temperature reaches 80 degrees, the dual airflow system turns on, and will continue to cool and protect the unit up to 122 degrees.
